IWD 2020 highlights gender equality

SSUET delegation participates in UN event

By Abdul Qadir Qureshi (Pakistan News & Features Services) A delegation of 10 students of the Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET), Karachi, participated first time in an event organized by the alumni of the University of Karachi University.  Maria from Bio-Medical Engineering got Senior Mention and Momin Naqvi from Computer Engineering got Honorary Mention titles.  The SSUET Registrar, Syed Sarfraz Ali, alongwith Advisor to Chancellor, Siraj Khilji, with his team, visited the event on its second day at Hotel Regent Plaza where they interacted with the various delegations and the organizers who were appreciated for their efforts in holding such an event.  "The Sir Syed University will extend full support for organizing such events in future,” Sarfraz Ali assured while Siraj Khilji invited the KUMUN organizers to visit the university and make collaborative efforts in establishing the MUN SSUET Chapter.
