By Rashid Zia Qureshi (Pakistan News & Features Services) The entry and transfer of vote is being be done at temporary or permanent address mentioned in Computerized National Identity Card according to Section 27 of Rule 2017 of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). By Masood Sattar Khan (Pakistan News & Features Services) Pakistan’s foreign missions abroad have circulated for the benefit of expatriates’ information how to cast their vote in upcoming bye-elections through internet voting.
