Since independence in 1947, the population of Pakistan has shown phenomenal upward trend. In 2020, the figure has reached over 200 million people within the boundaries of the country. Accordingly, with a reasonable approach, a paper was written in 2000, anticipating the direction towards greater labor, intensity production and the market-oriented the economy would gain momentum to provide much higher employment, focused in the urban area. Regrettably, it was upturned adverse due to non-governance of state affairs in which nation priorities were superseded to self-priorities by the state managers resulting in unemployment, political instability, inflation, anarchy and abuse of human rights.
